Overview
We have a 30-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.
Returns are not accepted for a number of products. It is not possible to return perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, flammable liquids or gasses, toxic chemicals, and intimate or sanitary products are not accepted.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item after it has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are accepted, your refund will be handled within a specific number of days, and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet.
After then, get in touch with your credit card company. It can take a while for your refund to be posted.
Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently some processing time.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Only damaged or defective items are replaced by us. Send your item to the physical address and send an email to bluediamondtradingltd1@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the identical item.
Shipping returns
In order to return an item, you must mail it to the specified physical address.
If you decide to return an item, you will be liable for the cost of postage. The cost of shipping cannot be reimbursed. In the event that you are refunded, the return shipping fee will be subtracted.
The delivery time for your replaced item may differ depending on where you live.
Consider using a traceable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more costly things. The receipt of your returned goods is not guaranteed.
