Sun Flower Oil

My toddler has eczema. Right now there isn’t much they can do for his age besides steroids or a cream that is too expensive. My doctor recommend we try sunflower seed oil. She said new studies are showing that it helps with the itch, the scars, and helps heal and reduce the eczema. We were willing to try anything. This product is reasonably priced and it has really really helped with the eczema.

This sunflower seed oil has been BY FAR the best product to help heal my eczema. I get almost immediate relief from the redness, horrible itching and burning that I frequently experienced on my hands and wrists. I was prescribed several different steroid creams by different doctors which cleared my skin but left it very dry and a return of symptoms after the 10 day course of treatment. In search of a natural, non-toxic treatment, I found an article about sunflower oil to treat eczema due to it’s high vitamin E and ability to help the skin naturally restore and resume production of ceramides to in turn, keep skin moisturized. Eczema really, really sucks but I have a seen a 90{98880d97af0555a3a517c8aae666eeb64e7bd6d49cbbe05617dcb138f6e48200} improvement in symptoms since I’ve been applying this sunflower oil, and taking a collagen supplement. This oil absorbs quickly and makes my skin feel silky smooth – I even use sunflower oil on my face as part of my beauty routine. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from eczema and is so over the usage of steroids.

I use this in conjunction with other natural oils, not only on my hair but on my skin. The difference has been so amazing! My hair has gotten so long and silky, and my skin is glowing! My pharmacist was the first one to notice and actually told me my skin was glowing! I was so proud because my skin had been in such bad condition!

Such an amazing oil. I use it in many of may natural diy body scrubs. Sunflower seed oil has anti-inflammatory properties that help lower skin redness and roughness. Sunflower seed oil is high in omega-6 (linoleic) fatty acid and vitamin E. Omega-6 acid helps decrease inflammation in the skin and enhances the development of new skin cells. I recommend it highly.

I needed something to combat my SERIOUSLY DRY under eyes. I’ve been battling with eczema on my face and very little products have worked for me. My skin is sensitive, oily and dehydrated. I put just a little of this on my eyelids and under eyes and my face is coming back to life. I also use this for my hair and any other part of my body that needs some hydration. If you have dry skin that needs a serious boost, THIS IS FOR YOU!

The product itself seems to be good quality though I have to be honest, it’s a little pricier than I anticipated. When I bought the product, I thought the bottle was going to be bigger than 4oz. I’m not sure why I thought this. It would be nice if this was made more clear in the product description and/or title That being said, I used it as an ingredient in some homemade eczema salve and it worked well. It arrived without any leakage of the oil in the mail. That’s more than can be said of other oils I have bought from various other companies. It can be quite frustrating to have oil all over your hands when opening the package so not having to deal with that was a definite plus.

This is my go-to night oil after using a gentle cleanser to wash my face. Just about every night I use this oil on my face to moisturize and keep it supple and youthful. It’s consistency is light and easy to apply. I also use it on parts of my body that has dry patches. It’s a great companion with lotions as well. This winter has been pretty dry and frigid and thanks to this oil I have found my skin to be significantly helpful in fighting the dryness in the air. I recommend!

I love sunflower oil. It is not heavy or greasy, but make my skin soft. I use it night and day after wash my face. It is better than expensive face lotion from well known brands. It is very good for my sensitive skin. I also use a little bit of it for hair after wash.
